25 Random Things

I've been putting doing one of these off for ages, but figured I should do after being tagged by a few lovelies.
Feel free to fill it out, as clearly I haven't tagged anyone.

1. I am dedicated to the Most Holy Theotokos.

2. One of my biggest dreams would be to go back in time.

3. I love art, photography, literature, music, poetry, museums and everything to do with history.

4. I notice and remember everything, with painstaking detail.

5. I make sound effects and do impressions.

6. I’m shy and don’t speak much. I have a layer system that proves difficult for people to penetrate.

7. Saying that I just like reading and writing would be an understatement. I even have a name chosen for my memoirs.

8. I want to be in a band. Badly.

9. One of my goals in life is to see all of my favourite bands live…or to at least collect their albums on vinyl.

10. My father was one of the world’s leading analytical chemists.

11. I love comic books, action figures, wrestling and other things of this nature.

12. If you have ever heard me say “You’re awesome,” congratulations…because, believe it or not, you have knocked me completely off my feet!

13. I am 100% Ukrainian, and recently discovered relatives that are still alive in Ukraine today.

14. I over think everything.

15. I mean what I say, and if you catch an underlying tone of some sort in it, it’s there on purpose.

16. I practise Hesychasm (ἡσυχάζω - to keep stillness) and wear Chotki every day.

17. I love listening to people’s voices and the way they speak.

18. I really find everyone beautiful, regardless of whether they think it or not.

19. I love patterns and colour.

20. I can’t ever pick a favourite book, film, actor, TV show or song...it's too difficult!

21. I have a unique sense of humour.

22. I think that people have taken names for granted.

23. I don’t know how to adequately describe my love of travel.

24. There are a lot of things I do because “the ancients did it!”

25. I have total confidence in myself that I can out-belch anyone.
